Vic Firth VF5ABRL American Classic 5A Barrel Tip Drumsticks
Vic Firth American Classic 5A Barrel Tip Drumsticks substitute the original teardrop-shaped tip for a wider, flatter barrel shape that contacts and activates more surface area of drums and cymbals. This design helps the instrument create a thicker sound with a little more volume.
5As are light – but not too light – and work really well for jazz and big band music, as well as concert work.
Since they’re made of hickory, you can feel free to set up the band as loud as you want without fear of breaking the sticks right away.
